How to Rent From Us

Simple steps, clear criteria, and the same fair process for everyone.

    Browse our available rentals, or join our list to hear about new openings.

    See it in person

    Request a showing from the listing page and we'll set up a time.

    Apply

    Every adult who will live in the home completes an application.

  4. 4

    Screening and approval

    We review every application against the same written criteria below.

    Sign and move in

    Sign the lease, pay the deposit and first month's rent, and pick up your keys.

Rental criteria

DRAFT - to be finalized with the owner and reviewed by an attorney before applications open. - Every adult (18+) who will live in the home completes an application. - Gross household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. - Verifiable rental history, or a qualified co-signer. - Screening results are reviewed the same way for every applicant.

We don't charge an application fee. After you apply, you'll complete a background, credit, and eviction check with TransUnion SmartMove (SmartCheck Plus, currently $40 plus tax), paid directly to TransUnion.

Pets and assistance animals

Pet policies vary by home and are listed on each rental. Assistance animals are not pets, and requests for them are handled as reasonable accommodations.
